Our Story

Rooted in Northern Michigan

Mammoth Distilling was born from a simple conviction: that extraordinary spirits begin with extraordinary care. Nestled along Torch Lake in Bellaire, our distillery draws on pure Michigan water and locally sourced ingredients to craft each batch by hand.

Every bottle carries the patience of small-batch distillation — no shortcuts, no rush. Just honest spirit, aged to perfection, and poured with pride.

The Process

From Grain to Glass

Sourcing

Michigan grains and botanicals, selected for quality and character. We work with local farmers who share our commitment to excellence.

Distillation

Small-batch copper pot stills, slow-distilled to preserve the spirit's natural complexity and depth of flavor.

Aging

Patiently aged in hand-selected oak barrels. Time is the most important ingredient — and we never rush it.

Bottling

Each bottle is hand-inspected, numbered, and sealed. Every spirit leaves our distillery ready to share its story.
